Fee schedule for BancPass. New fees effective April 1, 2025

• A $.07 and 7% fee will be applied to each toll transaction. Additional fees allowed by law may be applied based on the value of the Toll Charge or other?
• A $1 fee will apply to each retail reload transaction. Note: While our retail partners transition to the new $1 reload fee, they may charge $2—we’ll refund the $1 difference automatically. Check your app within 5-7 business days for the credit.
• If the account balance falls below $0.50, or the minimum required to pay tolls, the associated Toll Sticker will be deactivated for insufficient balance.
• A $2 fee will be applied to all refunds.
• Users that fail to mount their Toll Sticker properly or fail to return a defective Toll Sticker for re-placement upon notification of the defective Toll Sticker will be charged an amount up to $1 per transaction.
• A fee of $1 may be charged if the Account has a negative balance for more than 24 hours.
• A fee of $5 may be charged if the Account has a negative balance for more than 30 days.
• Accounts that remain negative for more than 60 days will be subject to late fees of $25 per month and subject to Collections.

Notwithstanding anything in this Fee Schedule, in no event will the fees assessed exceed the maximum rate allowed by law.
